Mayor’s Minutes Aug 16 2017
There’s a fresh parchment in Moot Hall with The Mayor’s Minutes on it from Tuesday night: Osment augments his investigation of Sir Michol, naming 6 people he is looking for *tonight*. Dennet allows Rodnay to be checked on. Headaches, utterances, and strangeness ensue.

The Notice is dated for the 16th of Phoenatos in the Year 5117, and reads as follows:
Esteemed Citizens and Allies of the Landing, I am pleased to report that all has been calm and peaceful as of late. Last evening, Osment continued with the inquiry portion of his investigation into the murder of Sir Michol, former Commander of the Hendoran Outpost. He will likely continue these inquiries tonight, on evening of Leyan (Wednesday), and will be looking to speak with the following individuals as time allows: Leafiara, Raelee, Xorus, Rhayveign, Bekke, Pukk, and Iowen. If you are one of the individuals named and free in the late evening, he will likely call upon you if you are willing to answer a few questions privately. The prior evening of Voln (Monday), Grand Magister Dennet finally allowed Subarashi — accompanied by a rather surprising number of other individuals — to check upon Rodnay, who is currently being contained in one of the Hall’s bane coffins in the Grand Magister’s private workshop. Strange occurrences were observed, including even stranger truths being uttered by individuals seemingly not of their own volition, psychic pressure headaches, the accustomed bleeding of noses from said pressure, and mysteriously disappearing jars. The metallic voice that accompanied these utterances was certainly indicative of past experiences with the influence of Rodnay (or something), so I would presume that he is at least in sufficient enough health for some modicum of consciousness… at least, one hopes. A visual diagnosis of his form within the coffin did reveal the appearance of nearly healed wounds, which I shall take to be a good sign. Meanwhile, if you are seeking a bit of culture, do join Kayse and the Black Hand Trading Co. for a presentation on the art of Nalfein fan dancing, as a part of the Fashion Week festivities, this Day of the Huntress (18th of Phoenatos) at 9:30pm Elven; look for the black canvas tent outside the East Tower. Or perhaps you seek to discuss or learn more about Tehir culture, in which case you should met on the Hearthstone steps the following evening at 8:45pm Elven; Common tongue will be spoken for the benefit of non-Tehir, and I am given to understand that all are welcome. Signed and Sealed, – Cruxophim, Mayor of Wehnimer’s Landing
