Subj: Icemule Trace TownHall Meeting (Sunday 1-14-18)

In collaboration with TownCrier staff, Mayor Nihala invites all Icemule Trace citizens and visitors to a Town Hall session to discuss recent events in the town. There will be a panel of involved parties on stage who will briefly summarize the events to this point, and then will take questions. The Mayor is also expected to give a brief speech. The event will be moderated, and Nihala asks that interested parties arrive around 8:15pm. Please come ready with questions, as this will be a largely player-driven event. Refreshments will be provided.

Panelists for tonight:
1) Please plan to arrive ~15 minutes early so we can be sure to start on time, and work out any bugs.
2) Please turn off or remove any ambients you may have, so we can keep the log as clean as possible (for the sake of my nerves)
3) Please be prepared to do a brief introduction to your part in the story thus far. 2-3 sentences or so. Mistress Dirvy will start us off with a broad-strokes summary of the storyline to this point, after which I will have each of you introduce yourselves in turn. At that point we’ll start taking questions.
4) PLEASE do not respond to anyone but me during the meeting. I don’t believe I will be able to silence the room, and I don’t want to encourage anyone from the ‘crowd’ to turn this into chaos. I will deal with the crowd (largely by ignoring them except to take single questions), you respond only to me please.
5) Stay on topic and keep your answers reasonably brief. I’d prefer this to be a single question/single answer/move on scenario. Nobody here is running for office, at least that I’m aware of, so please respond to the question as best you can, then we’ll move on.
6) If there are any issues of discipline (rowdy crowd, for example), I am an Officer of White Haven, and I will kick someone out. If there’s a problem, please let me know via an OOC whisper and I’ll deal with it. I don’t anticipate this happening, but I will use it if it becomes necessary.
