GM Necios Updates and Summarizes the Icemule Storyline
GM Necios wraps up the Icemule Chapter 1, “Whiteout” and opens up Chapter 2, “The Dawn of Daukhera”. He gives out his thanks, sends out a warning, and gives a quick 1 paragraph summary in the Forums link.

Topic: AnnouncementsDate: 02/26/2018 01:32 PM CSTFrom: GS4-NECIOSSubj: Story updates and moreHey-o!While I will wait for a bit and let the fantastic team of historians share their perspectives here and/or on the wiki (much obliged Oubar, Arnylon, Dirvy, Enestrie, and whomever else I am forgetting), I think it’s safe to say that Chapter 1 of this storyline, which I had been calling “Whiteout,” is finished and was delightfully full of trickery, player slaying, heroics, and one very gory death of an NPC mayor. Woo! Chapter 2, “The Dawn of Daukhera,” is coming soon, and she’s not too happy for having been locked away all that time. Prepare to pay!
For those that were wondering, Nihala’s soul being lost to the demonic over the weekend was not an indication that permadeath is returning to the lands, though given the commentary on Discord, it seems like a lot of folks prefer it! 😉 (Suggestion: play HARDCORE.) It’s just a bit of flavor I wanted to weave into her demise, though we all know that no one stays gone for too long in Elanthia, and perhaps this is why…
Quick town notes if you didn’t catch them before: Flashfeet’s has been updated with new and improved (and reduced) inventory thanks to GM Elysani! Wurt’s Amulets is next, and we’re going to make it kitty friendly by popular demand! Also, you can now build snowmen at Temple Burrow, Cholen Lane in front of the schoolhouse thanks to GM Aiza who let me borrow her script, and the room itself is now a node thanks to permissions from GM Galene and GM Tamuz! Just ROLL SNOWMAN, then ROLL SNOWMAN (TYPE) for wintery fun year round. Last, tomorrow (Tuesday 2/27) at 9pm elven, Joness is hosting a “buy a date” fundraiser with a twist at the brawling tavern! I’m excited to see what he has in store; I’ll be there, and you should, too. Check with him if you have questions.
