A fair handful of speech verbiage options have been added:
acknowledge, bemoan, bite out, blather, cackle, compliment, direct, dismiss, dissuade, grant, grate, hazard, intimate, laugh, promise, quarrel, quibble, rasp, reassure, simper, singsong, soothe, sputter

You can type SPEECH VERBIAGE to see a full list of speech verbiage options.

And in an effort to overwhelm you with even more tone options, these little gems have been added:
