A young elf sits reading a parchment. She pauses in thought before standing to look out the window.

“Of course I will do as the Mirror bids. I must see Yavred and have him share all he has learned about this stick. Then she says to take it to Ta’Vaalor. Change the weather? Do they really think I can? Surely there is someone more powerful, with more skill?”

She gazes out towards the Fortress and sighs. “I suppose I had better find my fur coat.”
