A clean crisp crimson sheet of parchment with silver inked script written in elvish stuck to a tree with a Vaalorn dagger
in common it translates to.

I write this in hopes that all my wandering cousins will hear my plea. The Elven House of Ta’Vaalor our Fortress has been under attack for sometime. Monsters trying to beat down our walls as the mighty push back against their lines. We need reinforcements our plight is not just our own, it is only the beginning to something bigger. Something we must contain it now or all the Elven Houses will be in terrible danger. I call upon all Elven blood all Houses near and far. Make your way to the City within the Fortress.
