The opening address has taken place and the festival has begun. If you want to join the fun, then please head to the nearest Portmaster and travel to the Flotilla. It is free to voyage there this weekend, but the return trip will charge a small fee.
Things to remember for your trip:
- You cannot access Four Winds Isle from the Flotilla.
- The merchants and shops accept notes from any town.
- The Bank on the Flotilla is tied to Kraken’s Fall.
