[regarding clerics and empaths being able to exceed wizard bolt AS] Only when you count 240, which doesn’t even affect every cast. Just to end the debate, I’m going to aim to have post-cap development ability for wizards to have a 30 second effect that has a chance to boost their AS on the same frequently as 240 so we can end this argument.
