I was just thinking, it would be cool to compile a list of puzzles that either have an unknown solution, are unknown if they are a puzzle, or the solution has been long lost to time.

Some ones I can think of off the top of my head:

The area behind the privy in the MC
The door underneath the Den on the Crawling Shores
There is talk of an ossuary in IMT that can be interacted with, but I am not sure if it is the one in the Abbey or elsewhere. – Need more info
Possibility of other deity shrines having deed puzzles?
