The Grand Winter Gala and Fashion Extravaganza of 5117 starts on Saturday, December 9 at 9pm in Silvergate Inn’s Grand Ballroom. There are prizes for 9 of the very best dressed and then a raffle for the 7x perfect longsword draws at 11pm. Good luck everyone and Happy 25th to Silvergate Inn!

Hello all,

House Seer Rovvigen Aniket here with a bunch of good news and a jolly good time. Silvergate Inn is celebrating their 25th year Anniversary this December. YES I SAID 25TH.

We have a wonderful line up for you as well as a great raffle if I do say so myself! Anniversary week starts December 2nd and goes until the 9th. Below is a list of the events we will be housing and the prizes we are offering during these events.

DECEMBER 2ND

Raffle for a 7x enchanted perfect longsword will be set out in the Silvergate Inn Foyer. This will draw at the conclusion of our Anniversary Celebration!

Starting December 2nd at 7 pm House Cleric, Lord Mikalmas will present a blessing in the Silvergate Inn Courtyard to kick off the commencement of Silvergate Inn’s 25th Anniversary week celebrations!

Shortly after at 8 pm Elanthias Got Talent will start at Silvergate Inn’s Performance Hall. This is event is geared towards songbirds, thespians, jugglers, magicians, slight-of-hand masters, jokesters, etc. If you think you have what it takes and want to sign up to present your gifted craft please email ladykatara@aol.com. Silvergate Officers will judge but the audience (yes you) will have a influence in the judging as well. Rules for the contest are below:

*Rules for Elanthias Got Talent:*

Each contestant will be given 3-4 minutes to present but their performance may last less time. Their performance does not have to be original but it may not be ‘stolen’ from another Elanthian.

Depending on the number of contestants; performance finals may be held over to another night.

Prize: One enchanting slot, up to x7 by Lady Katara. x7 will be given only if the received item is already x6 and so on.
A case with; spell trinkets, feature mirror, toasting stein, a 1m silver note, and other goodies!

DECEMBER 3RD:
Afternoon Tea and Trivia will ensue this night at 5 pm in the Silvergate Inn, Tea Room. The evening will involve Trivia! Combination of speed trivia and traditional trivia with tea! Come join us for an afternoon of learned fun!

Prizes: spell trinkets, random hair items, chrisms, lots of prizes for correct answers!

DECEMBER 4RD:

Ice Skating Night will kick off at 8 pm in Wehnimer’s Landing, Festival Grounds at the Ice Skating Rink

Are you graceful on the ice? Or a klutz when it’s cold? Inviting all skaters to come perform on the rink tonight! We shall provide the skates and ye provide the form! Prizes for best skaters and most notable turns!

Prizes: 500k note for best skater! Spell trinkets for participants and a case with four nail polishes for whoever wears the best winter outfit!

DECEMBER 5TH:

A Game will kick off this evening at 8 pm in Wehnimer’s Landing, Festival Grounds and we will meet people at the Entrance!

Come join us, the friendly Silvergate Officers as we run around like maniacs in a game of either skill, wit or luck! Having one of those talents not required.

Prizes: Cobbling gift parchments, spell trinkets, chrisms, spa certificates, 100k notes, oh and hugs!

DECEMBER 6TH:
Tours and Inductions will start promptly at 7 pm! Then at 8 pm we will play everyones beloved game of HOUSE (GHOUL). Individuals who wish to participate please meet in the Silvergate Inn Courtyard to be escorted to play.

Prizes: Custom Lapidary boxes, choice of garden theme or pirate/dangerous themed.

DECEMBER 7th:
Spa night and Chaddeaux’s Shadow will start at 8 pm in Silvergate Inn’s Grand Hall.

Come for a night of pampering at Silvergate’s Golden Rose Spa! Nail polish, massages, and facials are all on order. And while ye wait your turn, Silvergate’s own Chaddeaux will be playing a game of Chaddeaux’s Shadow, guess her movement! Prizes of course are plentiful!

DECEMBER 8TH:
Now everyone has been waiting for this, its the Pirate Wars Ultimate Championship! This battle will begin at 8 pm everyone will meet at the Silvergate Inn Pool

Starting with the CHE Pirate Wars and running through all the Pirate Wars this year we have pared down to just a few pirates to compete for Pirate Emperor or Empress! So bring your Pirate outfits and cheer for your favorite while they battle it out and defend their current title!

Competitors include: CHE Brigatta, MHO Order of the Shadow, and General Pirate Wars Champion Kittai (Kit Kat)

Your name will be eternally etched onto a plaque at Silvergate and a booty of silver and loot awaits!

Everyone knows every year Silvergate Inn has the Winter Gala. Why would we leave it off this year?

Silvergate’s Winter Gala and Fashion Extravaganza will kick off at 8 pm in Silvergate Inn’s Grand Ballroom.

Celebrating our 25th Anniversary, Silvergate is once again hosting the Winter Gala and Fashion Extravaganza! Come and dance then compete for most fashionable in the lands! Fun and merriment are always found at the gala! Fireworks shall follow soon after and a raffle for.. gasp! A x7 weighted perfect longsword will be on hand! This year’s categories are:

Divine Diva: The woman who demands attention the moment she enters.
Dapper Darling: Oh the man who knows all he needs now is a wink.
Adored Adventuress: Stylish Hunting garb for all beastly occasions.
Haute Hunter: When the women melt at your feet in the wilds.
Devastating Diamonds: The lady who only needs that special gown.
Stylish Sinner: The man who sports a suit with just the right fit.
Winter Wonders: When the winter winds wrap her curves perfectly!
Never fur-gotten: A man who dons the cold clime wear with lip-licking style.
Thy name is Unique: For the one who fits no mold but still turns heads.

Well as I have said we have plenty in store for everyone to come celebrate our 25th Anniversary! Who knows might even get me, House Seer Rovvigen, to read some fortunes along the way!
