Subj: An Urgent Message From the Prince: Regarding Seismic Activity

A well-dressed crier has been seen walking through town, reading the following announcement:

“Here ye, citizens and visitors to Kharam-Dzu! The Prince wishes it to be known that several of his advisors have further investigated the recent seismic activity on the Isle. It has been determined that the lava tube at the intersection of Dragonspine and Krodera is hovering at temperatures above normal, and may be apt to overflowing, shooting up bursts of molten rock, and other dangers. It is advised, as always, that you are alert to any indicators of such activity, including bubbling, spitting, spurting, shooting, and other unusually active lava-type activities!

The Prince has your best interests and well-being in mind, and does not wish the residents of our great Isle to be burned alive, maimed, or otherwise injured. The best defense is being awake and aware of your surroundings.”
