MANA SPELLUP resets at midnight

GM Estild is on the job again with changes to the Daily Cooldowns on a few spells and Mana Spellup so they reset at Midnight all the time, rather than 24 hours after you last used them:

Subj: Daily Cooldowns (350, 1150, 1640, MANA SPELLUP)
The daily cooldowns for Miracle (350), Regeneration (1150), Divine Word (1640), and MANA SPELLUP will now reset at midnight (ET) instead of 24 hours after the first cast.
Time Stop (550) already works like this.

Getting some crazy results tonight with MANA SPELLUP. Used it before midnight, and it jumped from displaying 0 of 3 to 2 of 3. Used it after midnight, and it jumped from 0 of 3 to 4 of 3. Logs below. I’ll BUG it in game, too.
