LOCKER MANIFEST

Holding a locker manifest is SO 2008. There’s a LOCKER MANIFEST (town) command you can use now instead. Premium members don’t need to do anything, but Basic subscribers will need to buy a manifest in the SimuCoin Shop. via Allereli (and before people ask, I’m pretty sure F2P will need to buy a locker thingie AND the Manifest in the SimuCoin Shop…)
