Roxe dumbfoundedly gasps, “Wine ain’t a substitute for rum!”
…or…
Roxe defiantly asserts, “Wine ain’t a substitute for rum!”
etc.To find out more, check out the following when in-game:

From nearby, you hear Ordim yell, “Dont eat meeeeee!”
The shaggy mutt sniffs at a vine-painted mistwood keg, then grabs it in its teeth and greedily wolfs it down before anyone can grab it!
— Lauren, Lylia’s player, already looking forward to scoffing and mocking a lot
I’ll add these to the Tones by Tone (https://gswiki.play.net/Tones_by_Tone) sheet tonight 🙂 /plug
