A Discordant Death? Wihliam of Oire is Killed

Thursday Night in Solhaven: A fight breaks out in a bar, but this one is not the usual fisticuffs. Bards fought over the authorship of a song, evidently, and the mysterious Wihliam gets more mysterious as a corpse that dissolved into musical notes in front of would-be rescuers. Read all about it, GM Lydil has summarized the event:

Subj: A Discordant Death?
Reports from Solhaven last night claim that an odd death took place in the aftermath of a fight that broke out at the Drowned Boar. Fisticuffs at the Boar is hardly an odd occurrence, but the two brawlers were both musicians, and the matter of the dispute was over the claim of a stolen song. The tussled quickly ended out in the streets of South Haven, where bashing your face into your opponents knuckles was not enough to settle the matter. Blades were drawn and blood was spilled, and the instigator of the fight, allegedly a Wihliam of Oire, was slain in the ruckus. Where matters turned odd was the body of this Wihliam dissolved into musician notes that faded into the ground before the eyes of those who came to lend assistance. Further complicating matters are claims that Wihliam of Oire is an older individual than the man who began the fight. With no proper body, and the alleged victim the one who began the incident, the Baronial Lieutenant did not charge anyone, but remains interested and puzzled as to just what took place. Anyone with further information on this incident or this Wihliam of Oire should bring such to the attention of those investigating this matter.
