Gentleman Hoorne has come into the possession of three curious, incredible, and rare magical artifacts. Never mind how. He has decided to raffle them off to you!
The first two raffle items are spell rank enhancives designed to increase an adventurer’s abilities with a specific spell. The two spell enhancives being raffled here are pin-worn, are not crumbly, and will enhance the spells Web and Major Elemental Wave by +10 while worn.
The third raffle item is a spellbook that is also a spell rank enhancive — only this book will permanently increase an adventurer’s ranks in a specific spell of their choosing.
Each of these raffles has been placed upon its own table in Wehnimer’s Landing’s Town Square Southeast. Adventurers need not be present for the talisman raffles, as Hoorne is happy to mail them off to the winners. The spellbook raffle, however, requires the winner’s presence, as enhanced spell for the spellbook will be chosen at the time of the win/redemption.
These artifacts are powerful. Thus, each ticket for these raffles cost 250,000 silvers apiece. They draw in sequence beginning at 8p this Thursday, as the elves tell time.
