Your MAIL Settings May Impact Raffle Wins

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Thandiwe reminds everyone that if your MAIL is set to do not disturb, you cannot receive that awesome raffle win in the mail. Go fix that in your MAIL settings.

Greetings,
If you have entered a raffle that has an offline option, this means that your prize will be sent to you via the player mail system. When you select:

MAIL DND ON

It prevents us from sending you your prize. Please make sure that, if you have recently won a prize and not had it mailed to you, that you check this status.

When we try to send things to you, we receive this message and are blocked from sending: Player has asked the mail service not to disturb them.
