Stacking Charges Come to Alcohol Stills and Bottletraptions

UPDATE: GM Avaluka announced that you can now stack up to 20 charges from wands and/or fire-based spells in the Alcohol Still and the Bottletraptions (from silver wands/lightning spells).

OTS Alcohol Stills will now let you stack up to 20 charges from wands and/or fire-based spells. In addition, INSPECT will now tell you how many charges are left in the still exactly.

The same 20-charge stacking limit has been added to Alcohol Bottle Customizers/Bottletraptions: you can stack up to 20 charges with silver/iron wands or lightning-based spells.
