ANNOUNCEMENT: PM Wyrom activated a +20% experience boost with a Guild Night after a particularly rough “regular” maintenance window on Tuesday. These bonuses are active until 1am on August 8. The game crashed and was down quite the while Tuesday. But things are fixed! Everyone logged in with a rollback time warp status of 12:45pm on August 5.

…so that monthly maintenance was something, huh? We are working on an issue that presented itself after the games came back online where it wasn’t communicating with our billing db properly (SIMUCOIN not syncing). It led to some other issues that weren’t known which caused a crash. When we came back up, stuff was very out of sync (anyone in their locker at the time of the crash was in a bad state), some were reporting items were out of sync for a small duration, spells were missing, etc. So we will be performing a rollback when the game was stable. We are going to aim for just before the scheduled downtime. Due to this, we’ll have some goodies available (when I know we’re stable) to make up for lost game time.

The games had a rollback (time warp) to 12:45pm ET on 8/5/25. Your characters and the game will be as if that was the time at roughly 7pm ET. There will be +20% boosted exp and Guild “night” active until 8/8/25 at 1am ET! Truly sorry about the rough maintenance we had today.
