Named after the shop it was created for, the Bee’s Knees is a vial that can house a tiny bee obtained from the Bugs on Parade System. Here is some of what it can do:

You press a round-bodied lucent gold bumblebee into a gold-edged ebon hexagon vial. The glass warms under your fingertips as golden light flickers inside. The gemstone quivers, then slowly shifts within the vial, reshaping into the living form of a round-bodied lucent gold bumblebee that buzzes softly and hovers in place, alive and alert.

You adjust the series of thin amber bands encircling your vial, ensuring that the top notes include:
A darkened swirl of {fruit/berry} blossom honey clings to your skin, its golden sweetness thickened with heat, tapering into the dry richness of tobacco and cedarwood.

You hold a wild strawberry close to a gold-edged ebon hexagon vial. With a soft chime of wings, a round-bodied lucent gold bumblebee rises from the strawberry and hovers near your hand. It circles the strawberry curiously, tiny legs reaching out to brush against its surface. After a brief pause, it emits a bright buzz and darts away in search of the blossom that once bore the strawberry.

You hear the faint sounds of buzzing as a round-bodied lucent gold bumblebee returns, pausing briefly to rest upon the lip of your ebon hexagon vial. It gives a little shake, depositing bits of pollen into the vessel’s depths and changing the composition within.

You bring your sneezeweed up to your ebon hexagon vial as a round-bodied lucent gold bumblebee flits over, resting its rotund body on the tip of the sneezeweed. A round-bodied lucent gold bumblebee takes off suddenly, buzzing away as it zips off into the unknown.

You hear the faint sounds of buzzing as your lucent gold bumblebee returns, pausing briefly to rest upon the lip of your ebon hexagon vial as bits of pollen fall into the liquid, changing the composition of the fragrance stored within.

Lifting a gold-edged ebon hexagon vial to your nose, you breathe deeply of the scent contained within. You get a sense that when you wear the perfume, you will have the following scent on you:

A darkened swirl of wild strawberry blossom honey clings to your skin, its golden sweetness thickened with heat, tapering into the dry richness of tobacco and cedarwood. Sneezeweed unloads a heavy, pungent odor reminiscent of carrots and overripe lemons.

You analyze the ebon hexagon vial and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

The Bee’s Knees
This tiny magic vial can house a bee that will make small doses of perfume for you.

To Add a Bee:
Obtain any bee or bumblebee from the Bugs on Parade system and PUSH it into the vial.

To Create a Perfume:
With a bee installed, WAVE your vial at a piece of foraged fruit or berry.
With a bee installed, WAVE your vial at a foraged flower.
TURN your vial to obtain the starting notes of your perfume.

Additional Information:
RUB will put the perfume on you once it is created, SMELL will give you a preview of the perfume, CLEAN will remove the perfume from your vial, PULL removes the current bee so it can be replaced, while SMOOCH and TICKLE are fluff verbs for when a bee is inside.

Some final Notes:
This vial is a magical. You can hold it or wear it to work with it. It creates 4 doses of perfume each time you work with the bee inside.

Alteration Guidelines:
You may alter the vial, but it can only take a base or long description change. The SHOW is stock.
Please make sure that you are not contradicting the stock show when coming up with your design.
Due to the nature of the item, only the following nouns are acceptable: ampoule, bottle, flacon, flask, periapt, phial, and vial.

Flowers will always provide the finishing note and fruits/berries will always be part of the introductory sentence. There are twelve introductory sentences.

I’m curious and horrified at what you’re going to attempt. There’s a few gross forageable scents (thanks internet) that we added as well.
