The origami master in the Bloody Lotus at Duskruin can now teach you origami as well as advance your skill or sell you instructions for you to advance later.

ASK MASTER ABOUT LEARN – to unlock the origami skill
ASK MASTER ABOUT ADVANCE – to be taught the next level if you are eligible
ASK MASTER ABOUT BUY INSTRUCTION (level) – to buy the skill level instructions so you can redeem it later when you are ready to advance but an origami NPC isn’t around
