Two Fun Fixes from Dev

ANNOUNCEMENT: Two *fun* fixes from Dev: 1) Those with training in Keen Eye should no longer spot additional children to rescue before they turn in their bounty (GM Aergo). 2) There will no longer be *double* damage when you JUMP on the Atoll Log Ride (GM Nexus).

Some players were experience double damage and messaging when JUMPing on the Atoll Log Ride. This issue should now be resolved.
