Rusalkoren, Rusalkysk, Rusalkita, and Hidden Targets

UPDATE: GM Nyxus adjusted the tidal wave effect on Rusalkoren (et al.) materials so that it can now knock targets out of hiding on a successful maneuver roll. If the SMR is not successful, the roll will not be shown, and the target is still hidden.

The tidal wave effect will now knock targets from hiding if the SMR roll is successful. If the SMR roll is not successful, then the roll will not be shown, as the targets will remain hidden.
