Summoning and Religion Lore Flares Updated

UPDATE: GM Nyxus reported that Summning Lore Flares were updated to be distinct from Religion Lore Flares. Living foes are no longer immune to Summoning Lore flares, but their damage against undead foes were reduced. Additionally, Summoning Lore Flares was treated to The GM Gyres Touch for new messaging.

Summoning Lore Flares have been updated to be distinct from Religion Lore Flares. Living foes are no longer immune to Summoning Lore Flares, but their damage against undead foes has been reduced.
