Onoir talks about Magic Item Creation

EVENT-WL: On Thursday, August 29, at 9pm, Daingneach Onoir will host a talk on Magic Item Creation in their fortress near the Landing (Lich Rm #15995). All are invited to learn about what spells can be imbedded and by who! After the talk, Onoir members will be on hand to offer magic item creation services.
