Burghal and Forest Gnomes Get New Citizenship Options in the Shining City

UPDATE: Lady Sayilla Javilerre declared that burghal gnomes can be granted full citizenship privileges within Ta’Illistim. At the same time, it was announced that Forest Gnomes could become partial citizens of The Shining City.

Lady Sayilla Javilerre has declared that burghal gnomes be granted full citizenship privileges within the Shining City. They have extended partial citizenship to forest gnomes as well.
