PREMIUM: GM Khorbin announced new NPCs in Mist Harbor. These new inhabitants were mostly created from the submissions in one of the recent Premium Contests.

Some new faces have been showing up to Mist Harbor recently. To most people, they will seem unfamiliar, but to a few, they may be recognizable.
OOC: Recently, NPC’s have been added to Mist Harbor; these were (mostly) created by players during one of the recent Premium Contests!
DISCLAIMER: For clear transparency, there was no identifying information regarding who the submitter was when choosing to create these; merely receiving a consolidated list of the submitted information required to create and the ability to pick and choose from (there were LOTS). Liberties were taken as necessary and to pass QC.
As with all previous contests, there is no promise that any submissions ever make it in-game.
