Bug Jar Update

UPDATE: GM Thandiwe announced an overhaul update to the Bug Jars. There were 4 commands to the Tier 2 jars which were replaced into a more robust WHISPER format. Paper Bug options now live on the paper bugs. This now aligns with the Sea Critter Devices. Yay for consistency!

Bug jars recently (today) had an overhaul to them. All Tier 2 jars had the GAZE (displayed border options), GLANCE (displayed Bug Options), TWIST (changed between paper and gemstone), and TURN (created plural bugs) removed. Instead, a more robust WHISPER system was installed and the Paper Bug Plural Options were moved to the actual Paper Bugs themselves. Lastly, if you did unlock to tier 2, then we have changed your Tier 2 access to grant you Candy Bugs.

This change brings the Bug Jars to same functionality as Sea Critter Devices.
