River’s Rest Citizen WPS, May 2022

MERCHANT-RR: On Sunday, May 15 at 1pm, Celythia will visit the River’s Rest Town Commons pavilion to offer citizen Weighting, Padding, or Sighting services. Up to 25 unique citizens will be able to receive up to 10 services. However, if you’ve won citizen WPS in any town in 2022 you are ineligible.
