Login Text Banner To Announce GIFTBOX or EVENT BOX Availability

ANNOUNCEMENT: PM Wyrom adds a login banner announcement if there is an EVENT BOX or GIFTBOX available. (Note: it will continue to show even after you claim it.) While he was in there fixing things, he also condensed the login text a tad.

When logging in, you will now see if an EVENT BOX or GIFTBOX is available. This text will remain even if you do claim it. There is a small section that states what it is for, so if that changes, it is a new offering. For example, the EVENT BOX states it is for the EVENT BOX debut. That part would change if a new box got offered. The login text for events has also been condensed a tad bit.
