Clerics’ Miracle Spell Updated

UPDATE: GM Estild announced Wednesday on Discord that the Miracle spell (350 on Cleric Base) was updated to no longer require 50 mana in order to activate (but still drains that amount). In addition, the TELEPORT option no longer requires the room to be a sanctuary. Here’s the official post about it: https://bit.ly/3GNx07r
