Medium-Sized Bolts of elesine and the Use Thereof

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Xayle gave us the guidelines for using the new medium-sized bolts of Elesine from Ebon Gate: Caligos this year. They cannot be combined to form larger items, but will work fine for medium and small sized items, or trim for embellishments on something else. The elesine must be provided to the merchant.
