REVELIA CARNIVALE: To help put the finishing touches on your mask or outfit for the Topsy-Turvy Masque, House of Paupers is hosting a skilled merchant on Saturday, July 17 at 5pm in the Paupers Rose Garden. This merchant will work ONLY on masks, clothing, and jewelry – Paupers will provide a mask if you need one for the Masque.
