Gemstoned Scripted Items Get Update

UPDATE: GM Haliste (with GM Naijin) updated the Gemstoned items (Rumor Woods 2021, the jewelry that allows gems to be worn in right/left places). 1: They will be covered if you wear an item over the location, 2: Pierced gems worn in the same spot get better English grouping output, and 3: There is an ears slot added at Tier 2.
