Updates to Open Sea Adventures for Sept 20, 2020

OSA UPDATE: GM Retser has another bonus for Navigators of Open Sea Adventure ships: Veteran and up Navigators can now make sense of the map in a storm. GAZE was updated to match LOOK for said maps. Furniture (chairs and beds) in the captain’s quarters can be interacted with.
