I’d also like to thank all of the GameMaster’s who helped make this happen as well! From approvals, to running merchants and providing some services, thank you Galene, Tamuz, Valyrka, Elidi, Lydil, Elysani, Vanah, Wakefield, Palvella, Kaikala and Coase! Also, a big thanks to GM Hivala for all of her hard work on the Plat side of things!

I hope everyone had a good time and I look forward to what the future holds! With that in mind, would you take a few minutes to provide some feedback? How did you like Frontier Days this year? What did you like, what didn’t you like? What would you like to see? General comments, good or bad, I welcome all. It’s how we improve!

I enjoyed it for the most part. There seemed to be a few less wagons or tents and maybe a few less merchants.
I have only been to one other one, so I can’t really base it on everything.
I really enjoyed hosting the fishing tournament for Onoir even if our pond stopped workign for a while in the middle of it. Thanks to the gm for fixing it.
Jellybeard was fun as always.
The let it ride tables this year were awful. I understand it’s not a game you win that often but i had a streak there were i won 4 hands out of 50 and i am not betting 5000 a hand.
Last year i came out only a little short and never a streak like that.

Since it’s a free things not sure we can ask for too much more.

One last thing for the raffle it seemed there were double or triple the people from last year. Are the items so valuable for game balance that there couldn’t have been 2 permabless weapons 2 weightless bags etc? 380 people for one raffle just sucks to be honest.

My feedback!!

not much feedback from me,

just to say thanks for having raffles/merchants for those of us who work the 3-11 shift on the east coast. 😛

Even though i didn’t get anything from them.(Not bitter!)

Was pretty nice logging in at 11:30pm eastern and seeing 500 people in game the other night. I’d like to think it was because of Frontier Days.

Thanks to everyone who helped make Frontier Days fun, but especially Kenstrom! I thought the CHE and MHO participation was markedly bigger and better this year overall. Not sure if it’s just me, but I thought it was great.

I had a blast. The shops seemed a little more numerous this year — over 30, if my count was correct — which was great. Not all of them were my character’s cup of tea (the Koarite stuff was very much not up her alley), but I liked the variety. Kind of missed the gem-cutters and off-the-rack patterns that were there a couple of years ago and may have been there last year, especially as Duskruin just offered a new gem-cutter but only one new pattern. Really appreciate the merchants who took the time to be there; I felt they were a little sparse during the day, but that may have just been my bad luck in missing them. I’m also bitter that Jellybeard’s eyeball seems to hate me, but I don’t think that’s anything anyone can change. 🙂

I’ll second the request to have more items raffled off when raffles are as huge as they are for this free, accessible festival. I gather there are limits on how much of a desirable item should be released, but maybe keeping it open-ended and allowing a second item if ticket sales go above 200 or so would be a possibility.

Thanks again!

Its funny how two peoples perspective of the same things can be so different. I thought there were less shops you thought there were more. Hey was felthrops wagon inside near the docks last year? Maybe. That was the shop i was missing?

I always love the creativity and effort that goes behind the CHE and MHO events. The lectures were a lot of fun to attend, and I always learn some bit of game lore or mechanics that I never knew before. I know it takes a lot of time and creative effort to come up with these events, and I appreciate every single moment that goes into them!

Kenstrom, you missed Helden Hall. The Dame Wanton tournament occurred as part of Frontier Days.
