Long time ago me and my brother Wyrom here, We was hitchhikin’ down a long and lonesome road. All of a sudden, there shined a shiny demon. In the middle of the road. And he said: “Give me the best runestaff in the world, or I’ll eat your soul.”
Well me and Wyrom, we looked at each other, And we each said. “Okay.”
And we reached into our backpack and the first thing that came to our hands, Just so happened to be, The Best Runestaff in the World, it was The Best Runestaff in the World.
Look into my eyes and it’s easy to see One and one make two, two and one make three, It was destiny. Once every hundred-thousand years or so, When the sun doth shine and the moon doth glow And the grass doth grow.
Needless to say, the beast was stunned. Whip-crack went his whoopy tail, And the beast was done. He asked us: “Be you angels?” And we said, “Nay. We are but men.” Rock! Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh-ah-ah, Ohhh, whoah, ah-whoah-oh!
This is not The Greatest Runestaff in the World, no. This is just a tribute. Couldn’t find The Greatest Runestaff in the World, no, no. This is a tribute, oh, to The Greatest Runestaff in the World, All right! It was The Greatest Runestaff in the World, All right! It was the Greatest Runestaff in the World.
And the peculiar thing is this my friends: The runestaff we wielded on that fateful night it didn’t actually look Anything like this runestaff.
This is just a tribute! You gotta believe it! And I wish you were there! Just a matter of opinion. Ah! Good God, God lovin’, So surprised to find you can’t stop it.
Last I checked my runestaff was still in my possession, so….

Infusing 50 mana into your runestaff gives you +15 CS +25 Bolt AS, as well as reduces cast roundtime to 2 seconds instead of 3. Infusing 1 (your command said 10 spirit, it only said you infused 1, typo?) spirit into your runestaff, reduces cast RT to 2 instead of 3, and gives you +30 CS and either ignores targets +TD Spells or gives some kind of TD pushdown for the next four casts?
Uhhhh, there are rats in the Rift in your test instance?
What’d I miss?

Edited the last post to correct the typo and removed the rat. This is also at the base 5x… 😛

I’ll flat out tell you that the ‘hidden secret’ I like best is the ability to reduce an infernal lich’s DS by 200 and TD by 50! Gonna be mine!
