Subj: An Official Notice

A stout dwarven page strides into the intersection of Dragonspine and Krodera. He climbs onto the bench and unrolls a formal scroll. Clearing his throat, he reads:

“Attention! Be it known to all citizens and visitors of Kharam Dzu that his majesty the Prince is happy to announce the return of Eldalina, Liaison of Kharam-Dzu, from her lengthy sabbatical. We, the royals of Teras Isle, look forward to another age of relative order and prosperity!”

He flashes the Royal Seal at the onlookers, rolls up the scroll, and (with a bit of difficulty) hops off the bench, striding off.
