Subj: A White Sheet of Vellum Posted to Moot Hall Stamped with Golden Crown and Sun Symbols

To the faithful of in the Landing,

I shall be holding confessions and prayer with any who seek to do so, especially as grave concerns have been brought up considering this white-cloaked vigilante. I am joined by Preacher Albanus of Phoen, and extend an offer of solace and understanding. I would encourage any who are troubled by this recent outbreak of violence to do so if your conscience may be troubled.

I would remind the faithful of my congregation that Koar is not only King of wisdom and loyalty, but also of justice and law, and Phoen a God of the Sun and Fatherhood. Let us not abide in dark lawlessness, or see any more fathers slain. I pray that we all may show respect to the laws of this town, especially those against killing. I beseech any who should find it in their hearts to champion justice will assist officers of the law and the Mayor in ensuring justice is upheld in a humane and understanding manner.
