Subj: Citizenship Bonanza!!

Due to the recent success of the citizenship initiative held during the awards banquet, His Majesty King Qalinor Vaalor the Sovereign Commander of the Crimson Legion does hereby decree that citizenship in the fortress of Ta’Vaalor will henceforth be open to anyone…with a few minor restrictions.From this day forth, citizenship within the fortress will be available to all. However, as the fortress is built upon an island in the MistyDeep River, His Majesty has thought it prudent to restrict such citizenship to those who are particularly adept around water and therefore has set a minimum of 101 ranks of elemental lore water to be able to qualify for this new offer.

Due to several recent fits of uncontrollable crying, all wizard class applicants will receive a 2% bonus to their ranks when being considered to account for tears shed.
