Rumor Woods Opens Tonight

 with its annual Tournament.  This year’s theme is the Jerboa vs. the Scorpion!

Remember to enter the Lists and joust for the team that you want to see win and vie for the unique titles that will be offered.

Complete the following categories to obtain these titles:

• 100 runs for Jerboa – Companion of the Desert Hopper
• 500 runs for Jerboa – Knight of the Swift Dunerunner
• 100 runs for Scorpion – Disciple of the Black Sting
• 500 runs for Scorpion – Knight of the Paralyzing Strike

At Tourney’s end, when the scores are tallied, you could win one of these titles as well:

If the…

• Jerboa wins & you have 100 runs (plus at least 1 greater than scorpion) – Messenger of the Shifting Sands
• Jerboa wins and you have 100 runs (plus at least 1 less than scorpion) – Witness of the Fractured Burrow
• Scorpion wins and you have 100 runs (plus at least 1 greater than jerboa) – Harbinger of the Burning Venom
• Scorpion wins and you have 100 runs (plus at least 1 less than jerboa) – Scar of the Paralytic Venom

This year’s mounts are mysterious and enigmatic Scorpions!  New lore has been released detailing these animals and their place in Elanthia.  Be sure to visit shops to help customize your scorpion.  The ostler can change its features, while there is a saddle shop, worn items, and even paints to decorate their carapaces.

If jousting isn’t your thing, then fear not!  You can take part in either the Fox Hunt or the Pixie Hunt.  This year, the Fox Hunt will garner you a chance to win either a Fox Summoning Bugle or the elusive new Songbird.  Be warned, this year is the last year the bugle will be in the fox hunt.  But have no fear, if you aren’t one to leave things to chance, then you can always purchase a pet in Ewe Vixen, one of the local shops.  This year at the Pixie Hunt, you’ll have a chance to win the brand-new Jerboa Pet!

Summit Academy’s college grounds are once again open to all.  With over 230 new customizations available, guests have plenty of things to look through to give themselves that unique look.  Everything from spell customizations to combat maneuver customs, unique spell preparations, swear verbs, and signature verbs, too!

And with Call Swarm, Tremors, and Grasp of the Grave entering the PCS family, there’s plenty to update.

Enhancive handling has returned to Summit Academy!  Be sure to visit Diriko in Sylinar’s Tower to handle all of your enhancive needs.

Looking for flares for your weapons, armor, and shields?  Then visit the perky bearded dabbler located inside of The Brass Ring.  On top of adding flares, he’ll also remove certain properties from your items for raikhen.
