The HESS shop is now open at Duskruin! Here are some things to remember when making your redemption:
- Redeem your purchase at HESS by holding the redemption item in your RIGHT HAND and the item you want it used on in your LEFT.
- ANALYZE your redemption item to see if it has futhur instructions as some items request that you WHISPER details to them.
- Keep the item you are hoping to have modified on you and be logged into the game as much as possible so that our busy GMs can find you and handle your service.
- Register the item you want work done on so that we have an accurate and current record of it.
Here are some things to remember while waiting for your service:
- Be patient. You may find that others get their redemptions handled faster than you do, but this is to be expected as everyone’s items are unique and different.
- Be aware that some items require review and approvals before the redemption can be completed. Please view our 1st tip in this lsit again.
- Do not modify your weapon with a Sadie Scroll while waiting for a redemption. This can cause issues both for you, the scroll, and the redeemer.
Please remember the refund policy:
- Our refund fee will be 10% flat from now on.
- HESS purchases can only be refunded within 24 hours of the service being applied.
Here is a list of other refunds.
- No refunds beyond 24 hours after general purchases.
- No fee on purchases made within 24-hours that are a mistake.
- No refunds on items purchased during previous runs.
- No refunds on Mania items. This includes refunds on other items because of your Mania win.
- No refunds on WPS services.
- If you make a mistake on type, please ASSIST. As long as you ASSIST with the refund request before the 24-hour mark, it is considered within that window.
